Xtreme Three-Step Program
Ideally, a personal fitness trainer would work individually with a client in a controlled environment to reduce threat and distractions. Who wants to see a 110 lb person working out right next to you when you are exercising? His environment is controlled and includes only two people – him and his client. The Xtreme Regimen can be summarized in three simple steps:
- Assessing and recording your level of fitness and completing the Xtreme health questionnaire.
- Obtaining Anthropometric measurements that include weight in pounds, waste circumference, and and body fat percentage.
- Designing a customized fitness and nutrition plan for you to follow.
