Xtreme Three-Step Program

Ideally, a personal fitness trainer would work individually with a client in a controlled environment to reduce threat and distractions. Who wants to see a 110 lb person working out right next to you when you are exercising? His environment is controlled and includes only two people – him and his client. The Xtreme Regimen can be summarized in three simple steps:

  1. Assessing and recording your level of fitness and completing the Xtreme health questionnaire.
  2. Obtaining Anthropometric measurements that include weight in pounds, waste circumference, and and body fat percentage.
  3. Designing a customized fitness and nutrition plan for you to follow.
